All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Ambervenz.com offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch. Occasionally, however, during periods of high demand, products will sell out. In this case you will be notified by email and you can then wait for the revised delivery date or cancel your order.
The products on this site are handmade and therefore may show slight variations in regards to positioning and color, etc. as is inevitable with this kind of manufacturing. Each item is slightly unique.
Return Policy and Warranty
All sales are final.
Each piece of jewelry comes with a 90 day warranty from date of receipt. If at any time during this 90 day period something happens to a product purchased on Ambervenz.com, we will repair it free of charge.
**Limited 3 Month Warranty: Jewelry from ambervenz.com is warranted* to be free of defects in material workmanship for 3 months (90 days from date of receipt). The defective item will be repaired or replaced with a product of equal value. *Warranty does not cover: wear and tear; breakage of beads; stains; loss of charm(s).
